tere agosh me humne jo pal guzare,
bikhare hai jese aakash me hazaro sitaare,
yoon kabhi na hone dena,
humko khud se juda,
ke dar dar phire banke bechare.


ye hawa aur paani bhi ye jaan le,
kis phitoor me pal pal bhichi hai nigaahe,
na tum hume na hum tumhe jaan paaye,
bas tere agosh me hume chah mil jaye.

manzil-e-dastoor ki hai ye raza,
dar dar na bhatke ye mang lo dua,
kafir kya jaane dua kya hoti hai,
ter agosh me chipne ki wajah kya hoti hai.

sharmila sa hai yaar mera,
dastoor sa hai ye jaahan ka,
jaana hai gair mulk muze,
par tere agosh me lipte lipte.

wo yaaden wo fasaana mera,
gar sunaane lage ye afsaana mera,
shyaahi na reh payegi panno pe teri,
agosh me chipke farmau mai kaahani meri.

tere agosh me humne jo pal hai guzare,
pal pal na mil paaye, wo kal humare,
yoon bhula na de wo raaten humari,
jo tere agosh me chupke wo hai guzari.

DEDICATION TO MY HUSBAND

It’s lovely feeling when you hold me tight,

I feel so adorable when you are near me,

I remember those times when the things were different

When you and me would die for just a look.

You actually blessed me with immense and deep love that no one owns me like that.

I owe you millions of sweet memories, I owe you infinite happiness.

I might not be able to express my love feelings to you wisely,

Sometimes I hold you tight; sometimes I tap on your lap,

Sometimes I need you for hours and days; sometimes I’m the most possessive one.

 But you know that I love you the most,

you call me angel, actually you are my lovely angel,

One who has blessed me with so much of love and care.

And most of all I’m blessed with the lovely gift “You”.

Its true, when we work hard to attain, we don’t get the reward

And when we least expect the thing to happen, the things happen then.

That’s the surprise gift from God, and that is you.
